The Supreme Court has limited the power of the lower court judges to prevent the executive order of the US president. As a result, the order that Donald Trump issued to stop citizenship at the birth of the children of illegal immigrants and temporary visitors has paved the way for effect.
President Donald Trump has called it a “Huge Win”.
The case was made on the initiative of an executive order to stop citizenship for the children of people who were not citizens of the United States and illegal immigrants.
Judges, known as conservative in the Supreme Court, have taken the Donald Trump.
However, they said that they did not look at the Donald Trump initiative on citizenship at birth, but they highlighted the president’s activities.
Experts say the order will change the challenges in the future executive order, and according to them, the order will also be a legal challenge.
On the first day of the immigration rights group and 22 states, Donald Trump sued the executive order signed on the first day.
The case was filed in various places including Maryland, Massachusetts, and Washington, whose purpose was to prevent the executive order of President Donald Trump and so in the early stages.
But the country’s Justice Department did not agree. They appealed to the Supreme Court and argued that the initial order was not constitutional.
At a press conference on Friday, Donald Trump praised the court order.
He said, “This decision was for the constitution, the decentralization of power and the rule of the law, and the ban on his orders across the country was ‘a serious threat to democracy’.
On the first day of returning to power in the second term, Donald Trump issued an executive order to implement his agenda.
Attorney General Pam Bondi attended the press conference on Friday. He said the court’s decision means that judges cannot stop the Donald Trump policy.
He said that after the next session of the Supreme Court in October, they will take various questions about citizenship by birth.
The rule that the Supreme Court has given is that the courts of the country will be able to postpone the president’s activities if the courts of the country find them unconstitutional or illegal. But it will be through a further judicial process, which means that the President will get more opportunities to continue his work.
Now, due to the court order, the citizenship order at the birth of Donald Trump will be effective thirty days after the court’s opinion arrives.
However, there are more legal challenges.
Professor Samuel Bray of Notre Dame Law School says the court’s order will fundamentally reinstate the federal court and the executive branch fundamentally reinstated.
The Supreme Court order means that the universal sanctions will not be a challenge in implementing executive steps.
Judge Amy Vivian Consey Barrett said the Federal Court does not oversee the activities of the executive branches, but it resolves cases and debates.
“When a court says the executive department has done illegal work, it does not mean that the court has overcome its power,” he said.
Brett Kavan Augh said that if there is a legal problem between the activities of the federal organization and the executive department, the Supreme Court is the final decision-maker in these cases.
Sonia Sotomayor, however, disagreed
“The court’s decision is nothing but an open invitation to the government to avoid the constitution,” he writes.
He writes, “The rule of law is not given to anyone. Rather, a policy that will survive every branch fight to survive. Today the court renounces its own role in that the President ridiculed our constitution in the ditch of the pen. “
