Supreme Court lawyer Mohi Uddin has sent a legal notice against Saidur Rahman Pavel, Shimul Sharma, and Boom Films Production House. He gave notice on Tuesday (July 8).
The legal notice sent by the Supreme Court lawyer Mohi Uddin states that ‘Bachelor Point’ TV Film 5 season 1-8 episodes have many dialogues that hurt porn, double mining and especially in society, especially in society.

The notice further mentioned that the creator Kajal Arefin Ome himself said in an interview that TV Film is now being made for people of all ages. However, TV Film is not a family-friendly language, thought, or presentation. Rather, it is damaging social values, religious discipline, and cultural heritage.
Lawyer Mohi Uddin also said that it is a crime to promote content that hurts the mental structure of children and adolescents under the National Broadcast Policy 2014 and the National Online Media Policy 2017. However, this TV film one after another, obscene and offensive dialogue is viral on social media and they are having a permanent impact on adolescent behavior and The notice calls for TV Film’s controversial dialogues and videos to be removed from the online platform within 7 business days. Otherwise, the notice announced to take legal action would be taken.
