Many e-mails every day for daily work. These e-mail attachments have pictures, videos and PDF files, and Google occupies a lot of space in the Google account. Although the Google account has the opportunity to submit up to a maximum of 15 GB of information free of charge, the information about Google’s services along with Gmail is regularly submitted there. As a result, the Google account space is reduced quickly. If the Google account space is not empty, the new e-mail will not come to Gmail. However, this problem can be solved by opening a new ‘archive account’ by transferring the Gmail account information there.
One Gmail account information must be stored before transfer to another Gmail account. If any information is lost in it, it can be recovered later. For this, Google will first send a Google Takeout facility and transfer what information you want to transfer the ‘export’ option and send a download link from where the e -mail can be stored. Then the POP facility will have to be launched in the old account. For this, you must first sign in to the old Gmail account and enter the ‘C All Settings’ option by clicking the ‘gear’ icon on the top right. Then click on the ‘Forwarding POP/IMAP’ tab and launch the ‘Enable POP for All Mail’ option. Now go to the ‘Hoen Message Access with POP’ section below and click on the ‘Save Change’ option after the ‘Delete Gmail Copy’ selection.
To send e -mail to the new account, you need to open a new Gmail account, which will be an archive account. Then sign in to the new account and go to the ‘All Settings’ option. From there, click on the ‘Accounts and Import’ tab and click on the ‘Ad A Mail Account’ option next to the ‘Check Mail from Other Accounts’ option. Now enter the old Gmail account address in the popup window and enter the next step after entering the ‘Import E -mail from My Adar Account POP 3’ option as well as the old account password. Now, by selecting 995 as a port number, clicking the ‘Ad Account’ button from the three options below will start transfer of the old Gmail account information to the new account
