Narendra Modi is trying to introduce the Hindi language in India!
    Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi

Thousands of people speak in the Indian states. There are tiny things to encourage emotions than language in the country. Talking about this touching topic is also feared to pose a political danger.

India’s Narendra Modi recently started a major dispute when the Hindi language initiative was introduced nationwide. Hindi is essentially a symbol of the language of his political base in North India and the attempt to unite the country based on its Hindutva nationalism.

The party of Maharashtra Narendra Modi, the western state of India, is in power. The government there was forced to abolish the policy of compulsory Hindi language education at primary school late last month. Opposition politicians, local residents, and many others considered the policy an insult to the local Marathi language.

The Narendra Modi government is slowly spreading the Hindi language across the country. They are campaigning in Hindi by the names of new government programs such as education, agriculture, or development.

There is a history of riots in the southern Indian Tamil Nadu to make the Hindi language compulsory. The Chief Minister of that state has been outraged against an education policy imposed by the Narendra Modi government for months. He claims that this policy is forcing students to learn Hindi.

The central government of India said that if this education policy is not implemented, Tamil Nadu will not be given money in the education sector. Later in May, the state filed a case against the central government.

Niranjanaradhya VP, a rights activist, researched how education influences the development of children. He said, “If any language is imposed, the national unity and solidarity of India will be damaged in a linguistically diverse country like India. People are so opposed to this because of this. ‘

The power of India is hidden in the linguistic diversity of the country. But the central government officials have been careful to say this publicly.

Tamil Nadu and other southern states fear that if the Hindi language is imposed, their cultural heritage will be wiped outBharatiya Janata Party, led by Narendra Modi, has publicly praised the linguistic diversity, but is emphasizing the expansion of Hindi language to make India a Hindu country as a Hindu country.

Hindi and English are the official languages of India and Hindi is the mother tongue of the country’s largest population.

As part of the Narendra Modi government’s efforts to build a new India on the glorious past of the Hindus, officials are calling the country more day by day. The name ‘India’ comes from the ancient Sanskrit language. And this language was born in the Hindi language.

The Narendra Modi government is slowly spreading the Hindi language across the country. They are campaigning in Hindi by the names of new government programs such as education, agriculture, or development.

In 2020, the MODI government team completely changed the old national education policy of India. It excludes the Western style and introduces a more traditional Indian education system.

In this new policy, the rules for teaching three languages in the school are kept. However, the states are allowed to choose languages like themselves. The condition is the only one, at least two of those three have to be India’s own language.

Tamil Nadu refused to adhere to that education policy. Because, the state government thinks, it is being forced to teach Hindi.

MK Stalin, the main leader of the state, says Tamil Nadu has no need for the Hindi language. This is because the state has achieved a high literacy rate by teaching Tamil and English to students.

Fears of Tamil Nadu and other southern states, if the Hindi language is imposed, their cultural heritage will be wiped out.

Nirmala Lakshman, author of the book ‘The Tamils: A portrait of a community’, said that ordinary Tamils are proud of their language. This language is extremely rich in poetry and literature. Although the identity of Tamil has no great impact on the politics of the state, there is a lot of anger against the imposition of the Hindi language.

Last April, the problem arose after an ordinance issued by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. The ordinance is saidOn the other hand, it is mandatory to teach primary schools in English and Marathi as well as Hindi.

After the issuance of this ordinance, intense anger was created across the state. An investor named Sushil Kedia wrote on social media that he was having difficulty learning the Marathi language even though he was in Maharashtra for a long time. Only then did he have to suffer widespread satire online. Even the miscreants attacked his office. Later, however, Sushil Kedia regretted his comments.

The government is trying to impose the Hindi language. Again, the movement created with it often brings political opportunities to some.

Such a movement on the question of the Marathi language united two influential politicians. Cousins about these two politicians. About 20 years ago, they were separated and formed separate political parties.

One of the two brothers Raj Thakeray said, “Everyone here has forgotten the party’s differences in the interest of the Marathi language.” The other brother Uddhav Thackeray said, ‘We are I’ll be together.”
