Panchayat Season 4 Review | Can’t expect anything more startling
Storyline
Panchayat Season 4 Review
The love for this series was already there, because its previous season has taken a place with a slow, authentic village story and great character development. This season was also trying to maintain that routine. The main theme of the story was political tension and future plans surrounding selection. But the question is, this time the magic has been retained?
The biggest problem, plot is predictable. Some of the old issues have come up again. Turning back the same formula, nothing new. The emotional tension with the villain conflict or political game plan seems a lot of flats this time. Abhishek’s character growth was okay, but his personal conflict or the track to meet the target has much overdue. Many times it seems that Story Just is, but it is not right.
In terms of acting, it is definitely to say Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, everyone has done better than their place. Especially supporting cast such as Faisal Malik, Chandan Roy has done great. However, some characters have been placed on the sideline this time, which could be given a little more space. And the script had some emotional scenes that could hit, but in the execution the inpact lost a lot.
There is nothing to say about the direction, Deepak Mishra holds his own slow and minimalist tone. But this time it seems a little too slow. In many places there was a lack of drama, and the final climax did not hit Emotional.

Visual tones are one of the best places in the series. The village scenes are so natural and lighting is so beautiful that it seems that everything is happening in real time in front of the eyes. The camera work is great everywhere. Not a splendor, but as a relaxed in the reality, this thing is like approaching.
Anurag Saikia’s music is usually soft and matching. In the background, the slow instrument has done very well in several places. But this time the series becomes a little serious, the music is low in the music. In the end, if the background score of a few cinema is a little drumtic, it may be increasing emotional intensity. There is no experimental sound that has been good.
Those who are already following the series, must watch this season. The emotional connection that has developed towards the characters is maintained. Rural politics, positions, Iago games, failures are all well repressed.
However, for those who are expecting a little more thrill, twist, or dark drama, it can be disappointing. The speed of the story is slow, humor is not the same as before, and the emotional moments are not very effective. For newcomers, it may not seem so gripping. In a word, this is a fair watch for the long-time visitors, But nothing very startling cannot be expected.
